You're worth a
The Demon

THE DEMON
Dave  D. - 12/15

Well, I guess this is all my fault. Early in 2000 I suggested to Billy Greer that we reform DEUCE. I thought that the time was perfect, this was right before KISS announced the farewell tour. As Billy is the most critical member, I guess I'm the detail guy, the one that dots the T's & crosses the I's.

I have opened for DEUCE in a few different bands in the past & always wanted to have a go at playing Gene. He has always been a hero of mine, his whole attitude about life, I feel, is something to aspire to. As I have been doing nothing but playing the front man for the past few years, it feels great to pick up an instrument again. I must admit, even after playing all across the country, the crowd of 5000 fans chanting "" at the Post Gazette Pavilion was one of the proudest moments of my life. After 5 years, we decided it was time to come back.We all missed the good times DEUCE brought to each one of us, both fans & members alike.

My thanks go out to Billy, Beggs & JJ for each one saying “It’s about time!” the DEUCE family, past present & future. Johnny, for graciously putting up with me one more time!To Denise, my personal demon, for embracing my demonly demeanor. Lastly but definitely not least all the DEUCE FANS out there! This is your band, you are the reason we do this !!!!

WE LOVE YOU!
